February was a blur. Ever been on an OC for an @ conference? Then you know what I mean...2 weeks prior and 1 week post conference are always spent in a daze. The actual conference flies by and suddenly you're left panting, exhausted, still pumped full of adrenaline...the sudden dearth of noise, chaos, tempers & laughter is missing, leaving you with a strangely incomplete feeling.
Normal post conference symptoms being experienced...although it was a tennis tournament in this case.

Importantly, I am back...or rather I will resume my blogging ways soon. A lot of cricket was played in the last 2 weeks which I couldn't talk about. Luckily, a lot of cricket will be played in the next 4 weeks which I definitely shall talk about
here. *****************
I need to find my bearings, resume other activities soon to keep the sanity quotient intact. Humanity's undying stupidity, greed & herd mentality has become almost overwhelming....how does one change this? I wonder what Gandhi would have done in today's world....where materialism, greed, ideological craze & insensitivity envelops & permeates all spheres of a man's life?
Gandhi...or Marcus. I will once again turn to Marcus for some answers...and for the rest to that other
book which I haven't picked up in a while....
Seems like we are reaching the sum of malevolence, hate, greed & complacency...the nadir of "discord between the senses and the intuition of cosmic unity"...exactly what the Gita tries to address ...though in a convoluted, more complex fashion. Krishna says, "the root of all suffering and discord is the agitation of the mind caused by desire"...that's not exactly news....but when will we start listening?
