Take 3

These were the lines written on an AIESEC Michigan pullover that was given to me by a trainee about 7 years ago. I found the lines intriguing and I have to admit, that's how I also began to read more of and about T. S Eliot.

So another start. As succinctly as possible, these were the sequence of events that have led me back to begin something I set out to do in July:

July - August: Gujarat - my "development" tour. Inspirational. Many many lessons learnt.

September: Struggling to find the right fit to begin working. I should have questioned my existing logic of what comprised the right fit.

October: Hyderabad. The right place, maybe the wrong time. Fit my existing definition of the right fit. Only, I realized my definition was a bit off the mark. Wrapped things up there. Took a step back to answer some more questions.

November: Questioned the dominant logic. Reached a conclusion that I need to start. Its as much the people as the organization. Old hat, yes but sometimes we can't see things until we actually do. Now I begin with Dream A Dream. In Bangalore. Its time to dig deep.

That's the story. People without whom ( this sounds like the preface to a book I'll never write but it isn't...really) the above mentioned journey 1) could not have happened 2) would have been extremely difficult and rocky 3) may not even have started in the first place:

On the blogging front too much to write: ICC vs BCCI, Shoaib, Bengalooru(!), Nikhil Gowda, Tavern, Márquez, HSR Layout (!), Sita Mahal, Sam & Others, weddings and lots more. Cricket will dominate mindspace for...oh let me see...the next 6 months or so. Heh. Quiero volver a las clases de español.

Its good to be back.
