Cool Running
"All marathon training programs have one thing in common: lots and lots and lots of miles. The unchanging fact of the marathon is that your body has to be well prepared to endure the strain and relentless miles of the long road. You have to put the miles in the bank...."
I had many an interesting discussion at IC Agra which I shall elaborate on in time but one that I want to put down is 1 of 2 interesting ones with Rajiv. The subject was the Marathon. I've been wanting to run one now for a while & Rajiv mentioned he too was drawn toward the challenge.
So I've decided to kick start the process in earnest and begin training in whatever way I can considering my travel & its constraints. My first virtual guide in this endevour will be www.coolrunning.com & I'm also going to seek out people who've achieved the 26 miles.
Lets go! Whatever the outcome at least I'll end up getting myself into pretty good shape.

Ooh, that's nice Abhi. Good luck, and hey, speak to Paulie... he trained for about 6 months in Hong Kong... then did the marathon in style... I think he's done at least one more after...
