The Fake Brit Accent
I'm sure we all have, in the course of our work or travel, encountered people who feign a British accent to get through secretaries, draw attention at cafes or impress the ladies.
One such shining individual who many of us know and love (despite the accent) is Oliveira. Oliveira would "fake accent" himself through droves of British secretaries, Belgian secretaries and Swiss secretaries. All the success Oliveira had as GEP co-ordinator (other than the fact that he worked with someone as supremely efficient and inspirational as myself), can be attributed to the accent.
This would be a mirror image of Oliveira :-) How he acquired a Brit accent no one could tell....but then no one could also tell how he acquired a Jersey accent as well.

Abhi, Petr Skvaril also has an American/Brit accent....
something that has to do with the ER team I guess....

Speaking of Petr and PO. Well Well....just spent a week with Petr, and my my the accent. Maria u r spot on!
Abhi what a post yaar...great yaar great. PO didnt even have a Portuguese accent forget the British accent in his interview. He was shitting bricks....
Anyways PO, Abhi....here is to a great year...British accents, Minnis's Chinese, vaseline. I know why secretaries love ER members...no one gives them a better massage than the few of us gifted ones.

A fake brti accent is not as bad as the fake chinese / yankee / mongolian / gujrati accent you picked up during your days in Shunde, btw! :-)
