Cravings
Yes Cravings...well no...I am not referring to the legendary Cravings restaurant in Vikhroli but simply to cravings I experience right now
I have this sudden insatiable urge & hankering to eat a falafel. Not just any ordinary falafel mind you! The only falafel which will satisfy me would be either a falafel eaten at Has located on Zwaart Janstraat or from De Falafel just off Coolsingel, both in Rotterdam.
Aaaaah Falafel! How I miss it...loaded with "fritte saus", olives n onions.
Dat is echt lekker! Nay?

hmmn....i'm craving south indian food....sambar rice, idli, vada, dosa, yummy chutney, mosur anna, mangalorean/goan/keralite food.... aaaah!!! oh why did you get me started abhi??? and i dont get any of it here... though wellington is flooded with indian restaurants, its all north indian (aka punjabi) food....
its soo sad that when the world at large thinks of indian food, its the north indian food they think of...or more like thats whats mostly available....damnit and thats my least favourite indian food....grrr...
aaaaah! Abs, you've drowned me into culinary nostalgia... vada pav, sev puri, pani puri, bhel, pav bhaji... ohhhh... yeh kaha aa gaya mein?!
By the way, the tava paneer from Cravings would be nice too! ;)

I'm glad I got you guys craving for things you can't get just like how I have no hope whatsoever to get a Falafel!
Although the two of you have gotten my glands watering big time...hmmm lunch approaches soon..should I get chat or go for a Chettinad meal? ha ha :p kidding guys kidding

Yes Yes I admit it...the call gets stronger with the passing of every day...first I need to get my spoken Nederlands in order...will start taking lessons soon! :-)
