What we see as POSSIBLE is largely determined by our understanding of what once was and how it has been changed.

The role we envisage for OURSELVES in promoting change to create that which is possible is determined largely by our experience of ourselves and others as active possibilities, as agents of change in the world we live in.

The combination of these elements: the necessary, the possible and ourselves - makes up the essence of VISION.
